Wealth Reach Finance Limited operates as a loan facilitator. The app is designed solely for information dissemination, loan application assistance, and notification purposes. It does not directly disburse or process monetary transactions within the app. All loan-related activities, including verification, approval, and disbursement, are conducted manually outside the app after direct verification by our company. Notifications regarding loan approval, repayment timelines, and other updates are provided through the app.

  1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during the loan application process.
  • Agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  1. Loan Facilitation Process
  • Users can apply for loans through the app by providing the necessary personal, employment, and financial details.
  • The application is manually reviewed and verified by Wealth Reach Finance Limited.
  • Approved loans are disbursed directly to the user’s bank account, outside the app.
  • The app is used to provide notifications about application status, pending installments, and repayment deadlines.

  • Loan Amount: HKD 500,000
  • Loan Tenure: 12 months
  • Monthly Repayment: HKD 45,840 (Principal + Interest at 18% APR)
  • Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 35%

Loan Terms

  • Minimum Tenure: 3 months
  • Maximum Tenure: 60 months
  1. Responsibilities and Dispute Resolution

Our Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely updates regarding loan applications and repayments.
  • Ensure compliance with Hong Kong’s Money Lending Ordinance (Chapter 163).

User Responsibilities:

  • Provide truthful information during the application process.
  • Adhere to repayment schedules and terms.

Dispute Resolution Mechanism:

  • Users are encouraged to contact us directly via email at info@wealthreach.com.hk or phone at +852 5394 6902.
  • If disputes remain unresolved, users may escalate the issue to the appropriate legal or regulatory authorities.

Traceability:

  • All communications and updates are recorded within our secure systems.
  • Users can trace their loan application progress and status via the app.

  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user.
  1. No In-App Transactions

The app is solely a platform for facilitating information and notifications. No financial transactions occur within the app itself. Loan processing, including approval and fund disbursement, is handled outside the app following direct verification by Wealth Reach Finance Limited.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be communicated via the app or website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
